Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Milkman, provided by MyRiteBook. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the app does
Milkman helps you record milk deliveries, keep customer accounts, make bills and track payments. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not collect money from your customers for you and it is not a bank or payment service.
Your account
Give a mobile number that is yours and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts get a free trial. After it ends you need a subscription to keep recording new deliveries and payments. Subscriptions are sold through Google Play, are charged monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel in the Play Store. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
If your subscription ends, you can still open the app, look at your existing records and export them. You cannot add new ones until you renew.
Your records
The records you enter are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy: quantities, prices and payments are whatever you type in. Check a bill before you send it to a customer. We keep a backup copy on our server so you can restore it on a new phone.
Fair use
Do not use the app for anything illegal, do not try to break into it or other people's accounts, and do not use it to send spam. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The app keeps working without internet and uploads your records when the connection returns.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or disputes between you and your customers arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app or from the delete account page. See the privacy policy for what is erased.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
